Meet Lexy + Maxwell! The majority of their friends + family were coming in from out of state, so they really leaned into cultivating a warm, Texas-inspired experience for their guests! We love October at the venue - the weather was PERFECT! So many special moments were shared on the back patio under the string lights including the most fun cocktail hour, sweet first dances, and an epic dance party to wrap up the night!
Here’s their love story - “What started as a last-minute "meet & greet" for "Miss South Dakota" at a concert in Fargo, North Dakota- lead to nearly a year of, then artist manager, Maxwell convincing Lexy to let him see her again. After a year of Lexy meeting Maxwell at concerts around the country, somehow she was persuaded to join him in Mexico to celebrate his 30th Birthday. Shortly after that, she tentatively committed to a long-distance relationship, with Maxwell still in Los Angeles, and Lexy travel nursing in North Carolina. When Maxwell received the offer to pursue a new business opportunity in Dallas, Texas, Lexy agreed to join, on a "month to month" basis, by securing a travel nursing gig there. Five years, two beautiful huskies, and a first home later, Maxwell and Lexy have created an incredible life together in Texas and are excited to take this next step. Their wedding was exactly 7 years from the date they first met.”
