Meet Frankie + Nathan! Their wedding day was one of our favorite days! Getting the opportunity to witness them profess their love + commit their lives to one another in front of all their family + friends was such a gift! They looked so beautiful + every detail came together perfectly!
Here’s their love story - “Nathan + I met on a blind date! Nathan had a date night for his fraternity and was in need of a date. He sent a message to his fraternity group chat asking if anyone knew a girl who would want to go. That message bounced around a couple of group chats and finally landed in my housemate group chat! My roommate was actually supposed to go on the date with Nathan, but she changed her mind at the last minute. I offered to go in her place and that was the greatest “coincidence“ that ever happened! There were little details from that moment that stay with us. Nathan picked me up in his car which happened to be the exact same car I had (his was blue and mine was white). Another silly but memorable moment was when I got in the car he was playing “Never Say Never” by Justin Bieber. (a song I later found out he was overthinking if that should be the first impression or not) I gasped because I had that exact song stuck in my head all day. At the date night, we were supposed to be watching some 90’s horror film, but instead we just talked the entire time. We continued our conversation in his car in the pouring rain until 4 in the morning! Two days later I had a similar date night for my sorority, which I of course used as an excuse to see Nathan again. That night we talked until the sun came up. We were fast friends that couldn’t help but grow into a deep love. One week after we met, Nathan knocked on the door of my house and when I hugged him, I felt his heart was beating so fast. He nervously prefaced that he knows it is a little crazy, but wanted to ask me to be his girlfriend. November 2, 2021, we made it official! Nathan proposed to me on November 4, 2022, just two days over a year. Exactly 7 months later, we are getting married at our dream venue, the Emerson!”
What drew F + N to choosing The Emerson - “After seeing The Emerson’s beautiful chapel on Instagram and realizing it was in driving distance from where we lived, we knew we had to tour. On our tour, we felt so welcomed, comfortable, and cozy. The venue had his elegant, romantic, and homey feel all at the same time. We knew the Emerson was the one the second we pulled into the property!”
Here are a few things F + N are looking forward to in marriage - “We are so excited to experience the beauty and joy of marriage through the safety of a forever covenant. We have experienced so much faithfulness and provision in our dating and engaged relationship and look forward to what is to come once we are married! We are excited to come home to each other, spend every morning and night together, and start a family together!”
