Meet Diane + Rony! Their September wedding was such a dream day to be a part of. The vision + execution they had for their day was so beautiful + well done. They truly thought of everything! If you consider yourself a boho modern bride, get ready to save lots of inspo!

One of our most favorite parts of working at a wedding venue is getting to witness + hear so many love stories! “Rony and I met at work. We never imagined we would find love at our workplace. I for one, always told myself I would never date a coworker. But that all went out the window after a few months of working together. There was a instant click between us. We quickly became inseparable and knew early on in our relationship that we wanted to marry each other.”

Here’s what D had to say when we asked what drew them to choosing E for their BEST DAY EVER – “At the time we were planning an elopement. But Rony stumbled across the Emerson on Instagram and after seeing the chapel, the reception, the vendors etc, all of sudden the idea of having a small wedding seemed to grow on us. So we booked a tour and drove from Houston to Kaufman and needless to say we were obsessed with the Emerson. We loved the minimalistic, clean, modern look. It was perfect for all the ideas we had for our wedding. We left knowing the Emerson was the venue for us!”

D + R’s wedding day held so many magic moments! Here are a couple of the ones that stood out the most to them – “Our favorite part of our wedding was the ceremony. From the prayer song to the moment the officiant pronounced us husband and wife. It felt so surreal. Our most memorable moment was our send off. Rony really wanted to have fireworks at our wedding. So we surprised our guests with a fireworks show and everyone enjoyed it! It was the most perfect way to end our magical day!”

Congratulations again D + R! We cannot say enough how much we loved being a part of your wedding day! Thank you for ditching your plans for an elopement (😉) and choosing us to host such an insanely special day. It couldn’t have been more beautiful!
