Meet Caitlin + Patrick! Their beauty transcends from the inside out. They were surrounded all day by family + friends who absolutely adore them. It was such an honor being a part of celebrating their love!
Here’s their story – “Caitlin and I met through mutual friends. God brought us together at such a perfect time, and knew that we needed to be in each other’s lives. When our lives aren’t being controlled by our two pups, Wrangler and Stetson, we are usually having a conversation about how we need to stop eating out so much while eating dinner at a new restaurant. Going on walks through old neighborhoods in town, and shopping, are some of the other hobbies we enjoy. Over the course of our relationship, Caitlin has helped me grow to be more mature in my personal responsibilities and awareness. My life experience, through my own personal journey, has allowed me to help her through hard times as well. We continue to grow closer to each other daily through laughter, quality time, and communication.”
“We chose to tour the Emerson initially because of the beautiful atmosphere. The gorgeous simplicity of the chapel was something we really wanted to see. After touring the venue and getting to know the staff we very quickly decided to move forward with the Emerson. The women working at the Emerson were so kind, and easy to communicate with.”
“My favorite part about the wedding was being able to see two families, who hadn’t met entirely, come together and share smiles for an entire evening. Caitlin’s favorite part was having all her friends + family in one place and dancing the night away.”
To those who are currently in the midst of wedding planning, C + P chose to give you advice that surpasses the details of the wedding. Which we LOVE! Their encouragement focuses more on the refinement of marriage + practices that have helped strengthen theirs. Here’s some advice from The Floyds – “Practicing vulnerable communication allows us both to continue to learn about each other’s wants and needs in the different aspects of life. Keeping God as the cornerstone of our marriage gives us a common understanding of how we should be showing up daily. Finding time to hangout and laugh all night helps our marriage strengthen.”
Congratulations again C + P! Your day was one for the books. You two are breathtaking + we cannot wait to see all that marriage holds for you! We’re cheering you on always!
