Meet SK + Grayson! We adored them right from the start + we couldn’t be more obsessed with how all the details of their best day ever came together! The blue accents were giving us coastal vibes in the very best, most elevated way! They adorned the chapel stage + windows with beautiful greenery + fresh blooms, professed their love for one another in front of all their family + friends, and danced the night away on a checkered dance floor!
Here’s their love story - “As every great love story begins nowadays... it all started on a dating app! I had just moved to Dallas for an internship and decided to have a hot girl summer. Grayson had just moved to Dallas to begin working for the Texas Rangers just a few months prior and thought it was time to try something new. Grayson was my second date on the app and I was his first. We went for dinner and barely touched our food the whole night and stayed until closing. I personally had a whole week of dates set up the following week but ended up canceling every single last one to spend time with Grayson. Pretty much after our second date, we both knew that was it. We know that God is the only reason that our paths ever crossed in the first place. We honestly should have never known each other and yet here we are as a true testament to His faithfulness!”
What drew SK + G to choosing The Emerson for their best day - “The Emerson was actually in the first batch of like three venues that I fell in love with but Grayson wanted to keep exploring. Long behold a few months later, Grayson fell in love with it (after he thought he discovered it but it had been on our list all along) which lead me to refall back in love with it all over again. The romance of the chapel just has me head over heels. From the watercolored walls to the beautiful arched frosted glass windows, I could not imagine a more magical place to say I do.”
