Meet Reagan + Paul! Saying that they were one of the kindest, sweetest couples we’ve had the honor of celebrating would be the world’s biggest understatement! We fell in love with them as soon as they stepped foot on our property + we were so happy to serve them on their best day ever!
Here’s their love story - “Paul and I met on Hinge. I saw Paul's response to my profile and left it sitting for a week, contemplating whether I should match with him or not. He patiently waited the week and checked his messages everyday to see if I would respond. Once I did, we hit it off right away -- his first question was unlike anyone else that I had seen. I will always remember that he asked "So Reagan, what is one thing that makes you happy?" As strange as it sounds, this question was so special to me because it felt so genuine and unexpected. He continued to ask me deeper questions, and our conversations got deeper and quickly became the most exciting part of my day! We found out later that we had both told our friends on the same day (which was only 1 week after our first date) that we thought we had found our person. We dated for 8 months and Paul proposed on December 11, 2021!”
Our hearts swelled up whenever we read what drew R + P to choosing The Emerson for their big day - “From the photos, we loved the simple, black and white design--and the DETAILS! We could feel the thought and intentionality behind the design, which made the space feel so special to get married in. When we toured the venue, it was even more beautiful than we imagined, but the most special part was the women that run the venue. They are absolutely the heart of the space--everyone was so warm, sweet and welcoming. We felt like family when we walked in, and knew right away that it was going to be a joy to spend our day with this special staff in the most dreamy venue!”
