Meet Hannah + John Reese! What a special couple! We felt so honored that they chose to share their vows in our chapel! It was the sweetest getting to witness all the love that they shared with one another and with all their friends + family! It was the most beautiful day!
Here’s their love story - “John Reese is originally from Alabama & I am from Texas. We met in January 2022 in Atlanta, GA when I was working out there for a year. We originally met on a dating app but quickly realized we made many mutual friends & went to the same church. We went on a handful of dates before I decided to stop going on dates. I moved back to Dallas in May of 2022 with no intention of getting back together, but the Lord kept putting John Reese on my mind or having him come up in different convos. I took some time & ended up sending John Reese a long voice memo in November for 2022 letting him know what I had been up to the past couple of months, and “putting the ball back in his court” after explaining that I would be interested in going on dates again. We hopped on the phone the next day to catch up & talk it through since I was now in Dallas & John Reese was still in Atlanta. We decided to move forward with FaceTime dates & continuing to get to know each other. In December John Reese made his first trip out to Dallas to visit me & we made it official! Long distance was hard but taught us a lot. We took turns flying out to each other and on July 3, 2023 John Reese proposed at one do our favorite spots in Dallas!”
